Terms & Conditions of Sale

Official Maison Terms — Effective September 1, 2026

Client Assurance: By acquiring garments through ShopElvora, you enter into a binding covenant of luxury service, authenticity, and bespoke craftsmanship with Maison ShopElvora.

1. Binding Agreement

These terms govern all transactions, bespoke consultations, and access to the ShopElvora web platform. Accessing our salon constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Acquisitions & Valuation

All prices are quoted in USD or converted regional currencies. Maison ShopElvora reserves the right to authenticate orders prior to processing.

3. White-Glove Global Logistics

Every order is dispatched in reinforced custom travel garment boxes with signature delivery confirmation:

Express Domestic: 1–3 business days via climate-controlled courier.
International Priority: 3–5 business days with direct customs facilitation.

4. Maison Returns & 30-Day Policy

If a ready-to-wear runway piece does not exceed your expectations:

You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery receipt.
Garments must remain in flawless, unworn condition with the unbroken Maison ShopElvora gold seal intact.

5. Bespoke & Custom Alterations

Garments tailored specifically to client body measurements or personalized monogramming are crafted as one-of-a-kind pieces and are non-refundable once cutting commences.

6. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All silhouettes, patterns, embroidery designs, and imagery are registered intellectual property of Maison ShopElvora. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial mimicry is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of France and the European Union, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Paris.
